Australia is ranked in 17th place in global education, according to the World Population Review. 97 per cent of Australian universities are also ranking globally.
While this is a testament to the nation’s academic strength, students are hit with massive debts upon completing their degrees and going out into the real world.
So, would removing the financial burden change how Australians approach higher education, and how impactful would that be on our society?
